Popular Punjabi Sufi-Singer ‘Satinder Sartaaj’ coming to Dubai on September 17 for his first live Concert in the city

August 30, 2022; Dubai, UAE: Internationally acclaimed Punjabi-Sufi- singer-lyricist and musician Satinder Sartaaj is all set to charm the Dubai audiences with his soulful renditions as he is coming to the city for his first ever Live Performance. The concert which will take place on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at The Agenda, Dubai Media City.

Sartaaj’s songs are poetry in music infused with Punjabi culture and Sufi mysticism. With a long list of hit songs including Udaarian, Sajjan Raazi, Massomiyat, Suttey Rehan De, Qaseeda, Sharminda, Zikr Tera, Tere Vaaste, and Auzar among many others, his meaningful soul-stirring songs energize the bodies and heal the heart.

While Sartaaj gained fame for his unique renditions, his motion picture debut as Maharaja Duleep Singh in ‘The Black Prince’ which achieved worldwide success in 2017 added further to his popularity globally. His recordings, featuring collaborations with Nelly Furtado, Talib Kweli, and other American music stars, have brought even more praise from the world’s press and new fans to his concerts around the globe. Further, his 2014 Royal Albert Hall sellout performance was the first of the many accomplishments that have since become a common step.

His achievements with the United Nations to help raise funds for their fight against human trafficking saw him work alongside cultural royalty like A.R. Rahman, Quincy Jones, President Jimmy Carter and many more to help eradicate the world’s second biggest crime. Sartaaj is credited with his ability to embed ancestral values deep in his poetry, and then bring those words to life in his captivating concert performances.
