Upon being asked to share his experience on the effects of the Pandemic on his business he told us:
With more than two decades of practical experience, Samer Haddad is considered a Guru in talent development and leadership.
He is certified as a life coach, sales trainer, public – motivational speaker, TEDx speaker, lecturer, and a distinguished author. Having successfully applied those skills to all the industries he worked in, he held several C – level positions in the Middle east, Europe and the Far east in several industries such as real estate, retail, insurance, and education. Samer trained and coached more than 20,000 individuals from many industries and has helped a lot of
them to create their own success stories. His last published piece of art book; “The book of everything – Unexpected Journey” demonstrated a road map towards self-development and self-leadership.
Upon being asked to share an Anecdote on how the pandemic has affected his business and personal life he replied,
“Covid 19 virus changed many things in our lives. It made us realize the value of time and good health. It taught us that nothing is permanent and change like a coin has two sides, but the biggest lesson I took from 2020 and tried to teach others that flexibility and being always ready to adopt any kind of change is the key to success .
People need to realize that having the grit and never to give up are the fundamentals to survival.”
He added, “As the famous Forest Gump said once (Life is like a box of chocolate).
The beauty of life, either professional or personal is that you don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow, its mystery makes it attractive. You can expect, anticipate, or even speculate. You can read the patterns and link it together but even though tomorrow can bring you always an unexpected course of action.
In my opinion seeing the future depends on whether you are an optimistic or pessimistic. In my case I am realistic, I believe that proper preparation, being creative and innovative can help to draw the map of the future and Dubai is the biggest example of this. It is always green on the other side of the river, hence from what I can read the market now. I can see that the coming weeks, months, and years will bring us a lot of successes and happiness.”
